With a little bit of recollection we’re bound to find our own direction
With a healthy dose of anger it’s time for you to leave so cut it
Out there in the world it gets so hard to know who’s friend or foe
Got pulled into the undertow; goes to show, got to let go
Look left, look right, but don’t look away
Wanna let you know we’ve got something to say
We’ve got the right to be heard
Getting fed up with the way you put us down
Don’t put us off or we’ll push you around
This time you’ll take us at our word
Revolution doesn’t mean you gotta turn around
With your hands on your ears and your back to the crowd
Saying “la la la la I can’t hear you”
So it’s time to take the blinders off your eyes
And realize no matter how hard you try
You can’t push us around anymore
We won’t go back to the way it was before
Look left, look right, but don’t look away
Wanna let you know we’ve got something to say
We’ve got the right to be heard
Getting fed up with the way you put us down
Don’t put us off or we’ll push you around
This time you’ll take us at our word
In order to fight the power you need the power to fight tonight the hour is
Right now is the time for it to fall. When we’ve got nothing you’ve got it
All I know is something’s not right
All I know is something’s not right
Right here, right now We can turn this world around
Right here, right now We’re saying
Look left, look right, but don’t look away
Wanna let you know we’ve got something to say
We’ve got the right to be heard
Getting fed up with the way you put us down
Don’t put us off or we’ll push you around
This time you’ll take us at our word

Electric Car Repo Man
03:09
|
|||
When people are filled with lies,
Will you hear six billion cries?
And what if someone sees a sign?
Kill them off; pretend we're fine.
The answer was not what we need.
Who the hell needs progress? Greed.
We're backwards walking zombies,
taking eyes; and no one sees.
Electric Car Repo Man,
Take away our future just because you can.
There is nothing on our minds,
As we fall far behind, we fall far, far behind.
A god-like presence in the past,
power that could never last.
And I won't pay unless it's good,
Give it to the rich; I never would.
The answer was not what we need.
Who the hell needs progress? Greed.
We’re killing for a piece of the pie.
Someone's wrong; it's you this time.
Electric Car Repo Man,
Take away our future just because you can.
There is nothing on our minds,
As we fall far behind, we fall far, far behind.

Get Over Yourself
02:43
|
|||
I still remember the very first time that I saw your face, my heart started race
You were the cutest girl in my homeroom,
the whole room liked you, my home boys thought so too
I knew it then you were too good for me, you wouldn’t be the one for me cause
Back then I didn’t have a chance with my spiky hair and checkered wrist bands
It’s hard to be the man you’re looking for
When you’re being blatantly ignored
Four years of high school done before
I had the guts to say to you
Get over yourself
Get over yourself
Get over yourself
And get with me
I should’ve known you’d laugh right in my face but I’ll give you space in case you face up
To your selfish self or anybody else, won’t meet the man of your dreams until you wake up
I’d like to think in a little time you’d give me your heart and I’d give you mine but
I’m resigned to the hope to find another woman only half as fine because
I can’t seem to get over you
I guess you had that problem too
You hold yourself in the highest regard
Is it really all that hard to
Get over yourself
Get over yourself
Get over yourself
And get with me
First day of college, what do you know?
Your room was right across the hall
You ignored me when I said “hello”
Oh, that’s just the way that it goes
Get over yourself
Get over yourself
Get over yourself
I’m over you

Sunny Day
04:25
|
|||
It’s time to take the plunge; it’s as steep as a mountain
And if I try to run, you know they’ll catch me if they can
And I can’t pretend like I’m someone to count on
It’s time to make amends; is this what it takes to be a man?
Once again I look around and no one else is home
I’m okay all by myself but I hate being alone
Never had a single place that I could call my own
Feel the pressure building; tomorrow I’ll be gone
Then a glimpse of summer time
Takes the weight right off my mind
In the nick of time I’m fine again
I leave my trials behind
Forgotten for a while
I break out in a smile
Soaking up the rays
On this sunny day
They say the end has come, but we just got started
How could I be so dumb easily outsmarted
I couldn’t see how it could be, naivety could ruin me
They cut me free intentionally and no one’s there to help me
I’m alone
Indecision strikes again and I can’t make up my mind
I could use your insight here cause lately I’ve been blind
They push me forward and then pull me from behind
Don’t know where I’m going but it’s gonna be alright
Then a glimpse of summer time
Takes the weight right off my mind
In the nick of time I’m fine again
I leave my trials behind
Forgotten for a while
I break out in a smile
Soaking up the rays
On this sunny day

Everybody knows, if you wanna be a band
Well, gotta have a page on the internet
But it costs a lot of money for a web domain
And designing your own can be such a pain
We want to share our tunes with you
I guess there’s only one thing left to do
Gotta get a Facebook (Woah)
Facebook (Woah)
Like us on Facebook (Woah)
I know you’ve got Facebook (Woah)
You can listen to our music from the comfort of your house
Support your local ska band with the click of a mouse on

Everybody told me that ska is dead
Well, I know they meant to say MySpace instead
But I got a log in and signed up for free
Social networking is so friggin’ easy
You know we’ve got a Twitter account
But we’ve got nothing to tweet about
All the groupies sing along
You can hear their favorite song on
Facebook (Woah)

We’ll make it look so easy to get a million fans
One day when we’re Facebook famous we’ll remember every one of our friends
And if you’ve got a camera, would you be so kind?
Take pics and videos we can put online.
We’ll post your name in a status for the world to see
And if you want to find us, you know where we’ll be.

Cat in a Box
03:39
|
|||
I put my cat in a box.
Don’t know if she’s alive or dead.
Won’t know until I look at it.
I put my cat in a box.
She’s been in there a while now.
Can’t move because it’s weighted down.
Don’t know what to feel,
I don’t know what I’ll see.
But inside that box
Could be the end of…
I put my cat in a box.
I’m sure it’s dark and lonely there.
Not sure if I’m supposed to care.
I put my cat in a box.
She might be long dead I fear.
Check after I get a beer.
Don’t know what to feel,
But I know what I’ll see.
And inside that box
It was the end of…
I put my cat in a box.
Where did I even get the box?
I was still happy before the box.
I was still whole before the box.
I should have nailed shut that damn box.
I put my cat into a box.
I put my cat, I put my cat into a box.

Nothing's Changed
05:30
|
|||
What's stopping me from walking out the door
Away from me and you?
We both know the truth.
Everybody's afraid of something new.
And possibly, you could lie to me,
But fortunately you never do.
Oh no, not you.
So please tell me what to do.
And we'll never be the same again
But they tell me nothing's changed
I know we'll be okay in the end
But we'll never be the same
What's it take to recognize
he pain we've bottled up so deep inside?
You and I
It's just a feeling we get from being alive.
It's just a consequence of all the false pretense I wanna make amends
For all that we've been through.
Me and you
I'm down on one knee, you're somebody I can't lose.
And it’ll never be the same again
But they tell me nothing's changed
I know we'll be okay in the end
But we'll never be the same
Spent my life always wondering, wanting more.
Can you tell me just what we're living for?
Everybody says one thing; I'm not sure
If there’s anything worth dying for.

Josh Quit the Band
03:32
|
|||
Let me take you back to when it all began
We were all together and we were the best of friends
Despite our better judgment we decided to form a ska band
How could we have known the way it would end?
From the very start, he didn't know his part but he know how to party
He had a beat up horn and his humor was a bit uncouth
But you gotta admit that guy could get the ladies started
And his facial hair was something to behold
A few years down the road, he never missed a show; he came to every one
But he started to wonder if we would notice if he was gone
So he packed his trumpet up one day, got in his car, and he drove away
We were begging him to stay, now we're sorry to say
Josh quit the band
Said we'd never understand his reasons
We took advantage and took for granted he'd be there at the show
We thought it was an empty threat; now it's all over the internet
Nothing is going as we planned
Josh quit the band
As the days went by we realized he was never coming back
We'd have to get along without him
Still it seems that he is taunting us on every track
It's like he never left; his trumpet’s in my ear
Josh quit the band
Said we'd never understand his reasons
We took advantage and took for granted he'd be there at the show
We thought it was an empty threat; now it's all over the internet
Nothing is going as we planned
Josh quit the band

Friday night, I was thinking about going home
But then I saw you there all alone
I wanted to talk to you but you quickly slipped into the ladies room
Well I guess the time was wrong
Who ya taking to the disco baby?
Might as well be me
Who ya taking to the disco baby?
Why can’t you see
I’ve been searching for you a long time
You’re coming with me
Who ya taking to the disco baby?
Hey baby won’t you please come over here and dance with me?
Doesn’t matter if you think I’m ugly cause you’ll get your drinks for free
Who ya taking to the disco baby?
Might as well be me
Who ya taking to the disco baby?
Why can’t you see
I’ve been searching for you a long time
You’re coming with me
Who ya taking to the disco baby?

Fission Fragment
04:11
|
|||
Poison engage let down and charge on through
This thing won't trip 'til I do
What you call primary doesn't even touch the core
I want to keep my head afloat
But I can't find a reason to stay on the boat
And don't try to stop me cause I know there's something more
To the world we're on than the state of neutrons
I can't say nature cause you got the sun
I don't understand you but that's happened times before
And to top it off you'll see this song
As a sin wave function x meters long
It's just a hunch but a safe one to be sure
And I am nothing but a fission fragment
Just a blip on the screen of the old oscilloscope
I tell myself stick it out, don't relent
But the laws of science are making it hard to cope
You can't know now but you'll soon find
When you choose a new path you're gonna leave behind
A few you love while you're running with your fear
When you look real close it's just too bad
Each excuse you'll make in the name of ---
Seeking somewhere else what you could have learned right here
If it's any consolation I can see that now
And the time is gonna come for you to take your bow
Your sense of understanding was so real
I can't believe you take my shit
When you understand I can't quite quit
And I promise to return when my hands have found the wheel
But I'm still nothing but a fission fragment
Just a blip on the screen of the old oscilloscope
I tell myself stick it out don't relent
But every single year makes it harder just to cope
I'm not nothing I'm a fission fragment
I'm the blip on the screen of the old oscilloscope
I tell myself that a few won't relent
And I hope you never do cause without that I can't cope

TRENT
“Screw you!” he said, ignoring my pleas for assistance
Why don't you just pack your bags and go away?
I sell shoes for farmers to wear while walking through cow fields
What can you do when you’re working for that minimum wage?
I’ve got some cigarettes in my car, I'm gonna go fill my lungs with tar
After workin', I'll get drunk, 'cause I got a thirty-rack in my trunk
Fuck those assholes, Blake Daily and Tommy Reiner
(Reiner, Blake Daily and Tommy Reiner)
Shove your pick-ax in their pool liner
(liner, Blake Daily and Tommy Reiner)
It's nothing new; my life's a disaster; within my crew they even think I'm a bastard
But those phonies think that they're so cool; just wait 'til they see what we did to their pool
Fuck those assholes, Blake Daily and Tommy Reiner
(Reiner, Reiner, Blake Daily and Tommy Reiner)
Shove your pick-ax in their pool liner,
(Liner, Blake Daily and Tommy Reiner)
DWAYNE
Hey, all of you stuck-up rich kids seem to be clones
I pull through, but it’s a struggle every day
You’ve gotta choose, you fight or fly; you act or postpone
I’ve got news; Dwayne is back and here to stay
I've got Lorenzo on my side; he's coming with a box of twenty-five,
Two dozen glazed just for me; the other one is his jelly
Fuck those assholes, Blake Daily and Tommy Reiner
(Reiner, Blake Daily and Tommy Reiner)
Shove your pick-ax in their pool liner
(liner, Blake Daily and Tommy Reiner)
I think I know who I am today, and who are they to talk about my friends that way?
But those scumbags think they're so good; just wait 'til they see us back in their neighborhood
Fuck those assholes, Blake Daily and Tommy Reiner
(Reiner, Blake Daily and Tommy Reiner)
Shove your pick-ax in their pool liner
(Liner, Blake Daily and Tommy Reiner)

Oh My God
03:17
|
|||
Oh my god
I just can’t believe it
You’ve got a lot of nerve to show your face round here
Go away
I don’t want to see you
I’d give anything to make you disappear
Make you disappear
Show your face round here
Make you disappear, show your face round here
Wish that you weren’t near
I never liked you anyway
What made you think that that could change, anyway?
What a waste of our time
Time is money and you’ve got mine
I hope you’re happy cause I’m fine
I don’t need you, so goodbye
I guess it’s time
For me to admit it
I never really got over the things you did to me
Well that’s fine
It doesn’t really matter
You found someone else who makes you so happy
Makes you so happy
Happier than me
Makes you so happy, happier than me
Wish that you could see
I never liked you anyway
What made you think that that could change, anyway?
What a waste of our time
Time is money and you’ve got mine
I hope you’re happy cause I’m fine
I don’t need you, so goodbye
(Goodbye, goodbye, goodbye)
I don’t need you anymore
No I don’t, no I don’t need you
I got one foot out the door
I know that we’re through

Swallowed in Blue
04:01
|
|||
They say that time erases, but memory's my curse.
And I think I'm replacing those times that were my worst.
I thank whatever force is driving me for leading me to your eyes.
And since I've found you now I never wanna say goodbye.
I am learning who I want to be
Tossing, turning when you're not sleeping next to me.
I am burning to really make you see
I'll be returning. I can guarantee.
Having your arms around me just feels so right.
I try to get as close as I can to you but it never gets too tight.
I believe I’m flying higher than I've ever been when I'm with you.
And I know that the clouds will welcome us and swallow us in blue.
I am learning who I want to be
Tossing, turning when you're not sleeping next to me.
I am burning to really make you see
That I'll be returning. I can guarantee.
You got me soaring so high
You got me soaring so high with the clouds passing by.
I never wanna let you go.
Arms outstretched so you catch me if I fall. You never miss a beat.
Tell me that you love me.

Ska Show
02:36
|
|||
Get into the room, set up the stage
Everybody in the band is ready to play
Who could ask for anything more
All the kids are ready to get out on the dance floor
Everybody’s ready for the show
Finish your beer it's time to go
Check the set list for the song
Then we start to play and they all sing along
And I'll never forget my first time
I learned to dance at the ska show
I learned to dance at the ska show
I love to skank when I’m in the pit
Third wave, two tone, any of it
If you don't know how just follow the rest
It's real easy; there're just two steps
(ONE)
Take your left foot and your right hand
Throw em out in front of your body and
(TWO)
Do the same with the other side
Now you're ready for the dance floor, alright
Do it in a circle!
Do it in a circle!
And I'll never forget my first time
I learned to dance at the ska show
I learned to dance at the ska show
